MOUNTAIN VIEW—Satellite Healthcare is opening a new Satellite Dialysis center in Orange, Calif., which will have 24 hemodialysis stations and can serve 144 patients, the company said Nov. 19. “The center in Orange will be the 20th Satellite Dialysis center in California,” said Marc Branson, executive vice president of Dialysis Services, Satellite Healthcare. “For 35 years, Satellite has been committed to providing quality care, clinical excellence and resources to kidney disease patients. At our new location in Orange, patients will receive the same personalized and compassionate care we offer at all our centers.” Along with partner nephrologists, Dr. Michael Arquilla and Dr. Kevin Pham, the Satellite Dialysis center is staffed with certified hemodialysis technicians, nurses, nutritionists and social workers. “Satellite Dialysis in Orange is proud to bring our Southern California patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) the best possible care in a warm and friendly environment,” said Regional Director Robin Maita, RN, CNN. “We are confident that we will achieve the same positive, healthy outcomes for them as we do with all our patients throughout the Satellite Healthcare family.”
