CROWNWeb Extends Submission Date

The Centers for Medicare& Medicaid Services (CMS) has released a memorandum extending the submission deadline for May and June to November 30 for the end-stage renal disease (ESRD) community.
The extension to the submission date is to allow facilities that have not submitted the patient/clinical data the ability to comply with the regulations. Below is a list of submission due dates for the data period starting May and ending December. All submissions will close at 11:59 p.m. ET on the indicated dates.
