NRAA Releases Free Bundled Payment Tool

The National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA) has released a free Web-based tool to help estimate the impact the new bundled payment will have on dialysis clinics.

The bundled payment tool, which was created by Avalere Health, is free to any organization or person; NRAA member ship is not required to use it. However, in order to download to the tool, the NRAA does require users to fill out a registration form and agree to the terms of their licensing agreement. The NRAA said it will not share this information.

The tool itself is downloadable as a Microsoft Excel (2003 or 2007 version) spreadsheet and is housed on the user’s desktop, so any information used in the spreadsheet will not be shared with anyone else.

In addition, the NRAA is planning two webinars to help explain the tool. One will be on Aug. 20 at 2 pm EST and the other on Aug. 27 at 1 pm EST.
