Many patients desire or truly need to dialyze in the comfort of their own homes; however, they may not be willing or able to perform the tasks necessary for self-administered care. The Renal CarePartners (RCP) staff-assisted home dialysis program in Atlanta was started to give end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients another dialysis treatment option to help them lead more normal lives.
