HOLLYWOOD, Fla.—Renal CarePartners said July 1 that is has opened new dialysis facilities in Pembroke Pines, Fla., and Hapeville, Ga. The Pembroke Pines facility has 16 hemodialysis stations, an isolation station and peritoneal dialysis. Dr. Neil J. Weiner is the medical director of the facility. "We will be working with Dr. Weiner to deliver both in-center and peritoneal dialysis services to patients in the area,” said Orestes Lugo, president of Renal CarePartners. “We are also in an excellent location inside the MemorialWestMedicalBuilding, providing a great convenience to the patients who frequently have office visits with their nephrologists there.” The 17-station Hapeville facility is located near the Atlanta airport. Dr. Bob Agbogu will be the facility’s medical director. "The opening of these new centers is consistent with our strategic growth plans in the South,” said Milton Wallace, chairman and CEO of Renal CarePartners. “These facilities and our new physician partners are a testament to the type of quality focused, patient oriented relationships we are in search of with all of our partners. We are also very excited about our growth prospects, as we are in various stages of development for additional clinics in several states which we expect to open later this year and in early 2010.”
