TRACY, Calif.—Satellite Healthcare announced Nov. 12 that it has opened a new 24-station dialysis center in Tracy, Calif.
"This new area location will allow us to dramatically improve the quality of life for those in the Central Valley," said Marc Branson, Executive Vice President of Dialysis Services for Satellite Healthcare. "Satellite Dialysis has provided clinical excellence and resources for the care of kidney disease patients for over 35 years, and with the opening of this new dialysis center, we can continue to assist those battling CKD."
Aibar Huatuco, MD, president of Altamont Nephrology and physician with more than three decades of experience serving the San Joaquin Valley, will lead the team at the center in Tracy. His team consists of nurses, hemodialysis technicians, nutritionists, and social workers.
"The new state-of-the-art facility will allow us to offer the finest level of care to our patients," said. Huatuco, "We have had the need within our community for the expansion of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and chronic kidney disease services for a long period of time.
