PYONGYANG, North Korea— Arirang News is reporting that North Korean leader Kim Jong-il is receiving regular kidney dialysis and may be suffering from diabetes. The 68-year-old's health has been the subject of international interest because he has not formally named someone to succeed him as the head of the Communist state.
