WASHINGTON—The Wall Street Journal today reported that Baxter International Inc. faces a new challenge in federal court regarding Baxter’s bid to block disclosure of documents about the contaminated-heparin situation of 2007 and 2008. The crisis involved contaminated Chinese heparin that allegedly resulted in deaths and injuries.
