DaVita Opens Doors to all Dialysis Patients in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS— Recognizing that south Louisiana is being ravaged by Hurricane Isaac and that emergency rooms are filling up with patients impacted by the storm, DaVita is seeking to ease that burden by encouraging any dialysis patient in need of treatment—regardless of their typical provider—to contact DaVita’s Guest Services Contact Center at 800-400-8331.

DaVita’s Guest Services Contact Center will work with patients to identify the closest clinic to them, get them scheduled for a treatment that fits their needs, and work with the patient’s physician or traditional caregiver(s) to coordinate the treatment process.
