CROWNWeb Implementation: What Renal Professionals Can Expect

Matt McDonough and Oniel Delva of the CROWNWeb Communications Team will provide an update on the implementation process of the CROWNWeb system and share the feedback obtained from the Phase 1 facility users via weekly CROWNWeb User Group meetings. They will also reveal the updates to the system that users can expect to see in Phase 2. Additionally, updates regarding training and the progression towards an eventual full nationwide release will be shared.

Matt McDonough is a communications manager at FMQAI: the Florida ESRD Network, and works extensively on the user feedback, communication, and education efforts of the CROWNWeb project. He specializes in technical communications, web development, and instructional design. He holds a Master of Science in English.

Oniel Delva is a communications coordinator at FMQAI: the Florida ESRD Network, and works on all phases of the CROWNWeb product development. He has over 5 years experience in Marketing and Public Relations, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Professional and Technical Writing.
